Terms of Service.
The standard trading terms that apply to work we carry out.

1. Quotes
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the scope and site conditions described to us at the time. Variations discovered on site (concealed wiring, asbestos, non-compliant existing installations) may attract additional charges, which will be discussed with you before proceeding.
2. Acceptance
By accepting a quote, booking a job or instructing us to commence work — in writing, by phone or by email — you agree to be bound by these terms.
3. Workmanship & compliance
All work is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 and relevant Australian Standards. A Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) is issued where required by NSW legislation.
4. Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials supplied are passed through to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party tampering, power surges, water ingress or wear and tear.
5. Payment terms
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Larger projects may require a deposit and progress payments. Overdue accounts may incur interest at 10% per annum and recovery costs.
6. Cancellation
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee. Materials specifically ordered for your job are non-refundable once supplied.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the defective work or refunding the price paid, at our option. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Insurance
We carry public liability insurance to the value of $20 million. Certificates of currency are available on request.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
